Stallholder Information

At Locally Adorned we are always on the lookout for new, talented Western Australian designers and makers to come and showcase their range of jewellery or accessories at our market.

Here at Locally Adorned we are focused on supporting the local designer and maker community. As such, we do not accept stallholders who import products. If you do not design or make your products yourself, please do not apply as we hate to turn you away when you do not meet our criteria. If you are unsure if your products qualify for our events please get in touch!

Please take the time to read our Terms and Conditions for Stallholders before applying, and if you have any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Legal

All stallholders must have public liability insurance coverage of $10 million.

If you do not have your own insurance, do not despair! We are able to provide coverage under our policy for a cost of $35 per event. We are able to cover all product categories with the exception of the following:

  • Children’s toys

  • Animal feeds (pet treats and food)

  • Beauty (including soap)

  • Food and beverages

Should you be accepted to our market we will ask you to provide us with a copy of your certificate of currency. If this is not received prior to the market (by date indicated by market management) you will not be permitted to attend.

Food vendors must be a registered food business with their local council and obtain a temporary food vendor permit for the local council where the event is taking place. We will ask for your documentation as part of our process. If this is not received prior to the market (by date indicated by market management) you will not be permitted to attend.

How to Apply

You will need to create your own online business profile via our stallholder portal: https://marketlife.com.au/.

Once you have added all information and images, you will be able to apply for market dates in the section titled “Market Applications – Upcoming Markets”.

Click on to the date you are interested in applying for, and then you can apply for the appropriate stall size and any relevant discounts.

Once you have completed the application for that date, the date in question will move under the heading “Existing Applications”.
